Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC an Edina law firm, has an immediate opening for a full-time (30 – 40 hours) accounting administrative assistant. Position will be primarily responsible for assisting accounting department with various projects/tasks. Must be very detail oriented. Must have general office and Microsoft Word/Excel experience. Tasks and projects may consist of scanning, database management, maintaining spreadsheets, data entry, reporting, emailing clients, calling clients, processing credit card payments, preparing the daily deposit, and assisting with the review of time entries.
This is an important position as you will help everyone in the accounting department. You must have good attendance and be reliable. A lot of people depend on the projects/tasks you complete.
Candidate must have good customer service. This position does require client contact via the telephone.
