Rancho Mesquite Casino, Inc. dba Eureka Casino Resort recently announced that it had suffered a large data breach, exposing its customers’ highly sensitive personal information to an unauthorized third-party. Eureka Casino Resort operates hotels and casinos in Mesquite, Nevada, and Las Vegas, Nevada as well as in Seabrook, New Hampshire. The highly sensitive information of approximately 229,299 individuals was compromised as part of this data breach. Recognizing the importance of the highly sensitive personal information that was compromised, Eureka Casino Resort is now encouraging its clients to remain vigilant by reviewing credit reports and account statements closely in order to detect any possible fraudulent activity. In addition to offering complimentary one-year identity theft protection, Eureka Casino Resort has provided an apology for any “inconvenience.”
