Ian McCoy is a general litigator with a wide interest in areas of law including business litigation, probate litigation, and insurance litigation. Ian previously defended workers compensation insurers against employee claims before the Office of Administrative Hearings. Ian attended the University of Minnesota for his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he clerked for a personal injury firm, represented clients in the University of Minnesota’s Practice Clinic as the student director, and served as a research assistant for Professor Brad Clary. Ian began is legal career in full by clerking in Lyon County for the Honorable Michelle Dietrich.
