Jason S. Raether

Jason has focused his practice on civil litigation throughout his years of practice. He has represented clients in cases involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages/commissions.  Jason has also represented clients in cases involving complex shareholder disputes, multi-employer ERISA withdrawal liability, and commercial evictions/lease enforcement.  Jason will fight “city hall” on behalf of his clients, protecting businesses threatened with enforcement actions brought by local, state, and federal agencies. He has also successfully appealed property taxes for many commercial and residential properties.

Jason prides himself on communicating with his clients in order to develop strategies that incorporate their input and goals. Because of his experience in all stages of litigation, Jason crafts innovative, efficient strategies that address his client’s immediate concerns while planning for the future.

“Successful legal representation requires good communication, hard work, and a deep understanding of the law,” Jason says. “It also requires treating people with dignity, compassion, and respect.”
