Biography: Kayla J. Giese

Kayla is a civil litigation attorney who represents individuals and companies in various types of litigation, including commercial matters, construction defects, contract disputes, noncompete agreements, defamation, product liability, first- and third-party claims, no-fault and automobile claims, personal injury, and subrogation.

Her prior work experience gives her deep knowledge of the insurance industry, business transactions, and the court system. Before joining Hellmuth & Johnson, Kayla represented insurance companies and defended cases involving large loss and catastrophe litigation including fires and explosions, product liability, property and casualty litigation, and personal injury.

She successfully advocated for her clients at all stages of the insurance process, including claim investigation, coverage disputes, and litigation. She also has substantial experience handling plaintiff-side cases including general negligence claims, product liability, and construction defects.

Kayla is licensed to practice in Minnesota.
