Mallory A. Moen
Mallory Moen is an associate attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing her practice on Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate Administration, and Real Estate matters. She is client-focused and enjoys assisting clients in the preparation of their estate plans and guiding clients through the administration of the estates of their loved ones.
Prior to joining the firm, Mallory provided estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, and real estate transaction services to clients as an attorney at an estate planning firm in downtown St. Paul. She has experience handling formal and informal probates, real estate transactions, and all levels of estate plans for both Wisconsin and Minnesota residents.
Mallory obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN. During her time at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Mallory served as an associate on the Mitchell Hamline Law Review, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award by obtaining the top grade in her Advanced Estate Planning course, worked as a student attorney in the Mitchell Hamline Business Law Clinic, and actively volunteered with the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mallory received her B.A. from Hamline University with a major in Legal Systems.
