Mary F. Miller

Mary works closely with clients who are in need of estate plans (Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives) and assists them in planning for their minor children, or those who wish to provide legacy gifts and inheritance on to their children, grandchildren, family members, or charities. She also assists clients with administering and settling their loved ones estate or trust (whether probate or trust administration), providing guidance for an easier transition of their loved ones estate or trust after death. Mary works closely with clients and closing companies to prepare the necessary documents for successful real estate closings, and other real estate needs such as transferring property to properly fund their living trusts. Mary assists corporate clients with their corporate records, including annual minutes, member actions, certificate transfers, and annual filing with the Secretary of State, among other things.
