Biography: Vadim Trifel

Vadim Trifel is a litigation attorney at Hellmuth & Johnson, focusing his practice on all aspects of civil litigation, both state and federal, at the trial and appellate levels. He enjoys all aspects of litigation, from preliminary legal research to cross-examination of witnesses. He has a deep respect for the process that leads to a just resolution for his clients.

As a civil litigator, Vadim holds significant experience in drafting briefs, conducting depositions, and arguing before the state and federal benches. He has served as lead counsel in major insurance coverage cases, including the Diocese of St. Cloud insurance-related litigation. He recently argued and won a landmark case before the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Vadim obtained his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. He is admitted to practice in the State Court of Minnesota and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. He earned his B.A from the University of Minnesota, with a double major in Political Science and Sociology of Law and Crime and Deviance.
