Why Wait? CLE & Reception, Co-hosted by Hellmuth & Johnson & William Mitchell College of Law

Mitchell and Hamline won’t officially be combined until the ABA says so, hopefully by the end of the year, but as for getting to know one another: Why Wait?

 

Please join us for a CLE from 4 – 5 pm at Hellmuth and Johnson; Ethics in Practice: exploring ethics from different practice perspectives. 

 

Register early, there is a limited amount of space for the CLE.

Blake Nelson ’85 (WMCL) is a partner at Hellmuth & Johnson who previously served on the 4th District Ethics Committee

 

Panelists Confirmed to Date

The Honorable Diane Alshouse ’84 (HUSL) is a judge on the Ramsey County District Court and served for many years on the Ramsey County Bar Association’s Ethics Committee

 

Kevin Slator ’89 (WMCL) is a senior assistant director at the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.

 

Dyan Williams ’05 (WMCL) has her own immigration and legal ethics firm. She advises solo and small firm practitioners on how to avoid ethics problems and to how work with the Board during an investigation.

 

A reception from 5 – 6 pm to follow with light appetizers provided.
