Moen’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, and real estate matters. She assists clients in the preparation and administration of estate plans. She has experience handling formal and informal probates, real estate transactions, and all levels of estate plans for both Wisconsin and Minnesota residents.
Moen obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, MN and her B.A. from Hamline University, with a major in Legal Systems. She is admitted to practice in the Minnesota and Wisconsin State Courts.
