Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that Amanda K. Linden has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the construction and lien law, homeowners associations, and litigation practice groups.
Linden’s practice will focus on lien law and creditor rights for both contractors and homeowner associations. She has represented clients at all levels of litigation both in State and Federal Court including insurance disputes, construction defect litigation, mechanics’ lien foreclosures, assessment lien foreclosures, pre-appraisal award interest, residential matching disputes with insurance companies, real property disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and general civil litigation.
Linden obtained her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.A. from DePaul University. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota, Colorado, and Wisconsin State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for both Minnesota and Wisconsin.
