Rash’s practice focuses on guiding clients through their business plans and advising them on developments in the cannabis sector. Whether they are growers or retailers, she aims to ensure her clients are confident and prepared for the legalization of the recreational cannabis market. She holds multiple years of experience practicing in Washington State. There she counseled a wide range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to large corporate hemp and cannabis clients, on their business transactional work.
Rash received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice in Washington State Courts.
