Jordan Carew practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration, and Guardianship & Conservatorship matters at Hellmuth & Johnson. Jordan’s interpersonal and professional experience across the spectrums of age and ability make him especially well-suited to help clients identify and achieve their goals.
Jordan joins Hellmuth & Johnson from an estate planning and probate & trust administration firm in Golden Valley, and previously clerked for a Minnesota district court judge. Jordan’s work includes the preparation of trusts (revocable and irrevocable), wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives; assisting grieving families through the confusing legal processes of probating wills and administering trusts; and helping families and individuals with disabilities through the difficulties of the guardianship and conservatorship process.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor, Master of Arts (Catholic Studies), and Bachelor of Arts (Catholic Studies) degrees from the University of St. Thomas at its campuses in Saint Paul, Minneapolis, and Rome (Italy). He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
In his time outside the office, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family: his wife, Hailey; their new baby; and their Great Pyrenees, Butter Burger Carew. He also enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and volunteering at his parish in Saint Paul.
