She also supports clients with intercompany transactions, such as legal entity rationalizations, pre-acquisition restructurings, post-acquisition integrations, and intellectual property planning and migration. With experience coordinating multi-disciplinary legal teams and business advisors, Maggie ensures her clients achieve their business objectives from deal inception to close.
