Martha Sullivan is partner in the Hellmuth & Johnson Estate Planning practice group. She has more than 20 years of experience helping families protect their estates, property, and their legacies. Her practice spans estate planning and probate, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, landlord-tenant and property matters, and counsel to small and closely held businesses.

Before joining H&J, Martha founded and built her own practice located in the historic downtown Hastings neighborhood. The questions that came through the door ranged from city ordinances to complex contract disputes.

She shares, “Most of my work has unfolded over years, rather than just a single meeting. Clients come back when starting a business, needing an estate plan for a growing family, or helping an aging parent. Those relationships are part of the practice I value most.”
