Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Martha Sullivan has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Estate Planning practice group.
Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience helping families protect their estates, property, and legacies. Her practice includes estate planning and probate, guardianships, prenuptial agreements, property matters, and counsel to small and closely held businesses. Prior to joining the firm, Sullivan founded and built her own law practice, where she advised clients on matters ranging from city ordinances to complex contract disputes.
Sullivan earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.A. from Smith College. She is admitted to practice in the Minnesota and Florida State Courts.
