Jason DePauw has extensive experience litigating matters to verdict and post-verdict appeals in various state and federal courts throughout the United States. Taking an aggressive yet strategic approach, Jason has represented clients in complex litigation involving major companies in the health, pharmaceutical, and medical products industries. Jason’s practice at Hellmuth & Johnson focuses on general commercial litigation, representing clients across various industries in complex legal issues, including business litigation, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation, and construction defects.

Jason earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and holds a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
