Cayli Posch-Johnson

Cayli Posch-Johnson is a skilled litigation attorney with experience representing clients in administrative proceedings, state court, federal court, and arbitration. Cayli practices general commercial litigation at Hellmuth & Johnson, representing clients across various industries and issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Cayli represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including immigration and asylum litigation in administrative, state, and federal courts, federal mandamus actions, federal habeas corpus actions, medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury claims. She enjoys digging into niche legal issues and presenting innovative and effective arguments to achieve her client’s goals.

Cayli earned her J.D. at the University of Minnesota Law School and her dual B.A. degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Cayli is licensed in Minnesota State Court, Minnesota Federal Court, and the Western District of Wisconsin Federal Court.
