Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Jason L. DePauw has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
DePauw’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, including business litigation, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, construction litigation and construction defects. He has extensive experience litigating matters to verdict and post-verdict appeals in state and federal courts throughout the United States. He has represented clients in complex litigation involving major companies in the health, pharmaceutical, and medical products industries.
DePauw earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.S. in Finance from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
