Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Cayli Posch-Johnson has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Posch-Johnson’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, representing clients across a variety of industries and legal issues. She has experience representing clients in administrative proceedings, state and federal courts, and arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, she handled a wide range of matters, including immigration and asylum litigation, federal mandamus and habeas corpus actions, medical malpractice, product liability, and personal injury claims.
Posch-Johnson earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Minnesota Duluth. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
