Bryan Wiley is an experienced civil litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction defect litigation, real estate and boundary dispute litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. In addition to litigation, Bryan is experienced in general governance, compliance, and contract drafting, review, and enforcement for businesses and property owners. Bryan appears on behalf of his clients in a wide range of forums, including appearing at appraisals, mediations, arbitrations, and in the courtrooms of state and federal courts in Minnesota and Illinois.
Bryan is a married and proud father of two who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, golfing, and fishing.
