William “Bill” Hansen has dedicated his career to helping individuals and families achieve peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. Since beginning his estate planning practice in 2003, he has worked with thousands of clients, building lasting relationships, and guiding them through important planning decisions.
Bill is an Iowan who moved to the Twin Cities to attend the University of St. Thomas. He earned his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and worked at Barna, Guzy & Steffen while obtaining his LL.M. in Taxation. He later spent four years serving the estate planning needs of tax clients at the CPA firm of Blanski, Peter, Kronlage & Zoch. In 2003, Bill established his own estate planning practice, which he successfully operated for more than two decades before joining Hellmuth & Johnson.
Outside of work, Bill enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife of 40 years.
