Alexandria Mueller Named a 2020 North Star Lawyer by Minnesota State Bar Association

Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Alexandria (Alex) Mueller has been recognized as a 2020 North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA). The North Star program recognizes MSBA members who provide at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services annually to low-income people at no fee and without expectation of a fee. North Star Lawyers provided more than 86,000 total hours of pro bono service in 2020, with an estimated value of $21.5 million in free legal advice.

Mueller practices in the firm’s Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property, and Business & Corporate Law groups. She advises businesses of all sizes in a variety of industries including filmmakers, event vendors, musicians and performing ensembles, composers, artists, authors and game and software developers how to manage their rights and maximize their market potential. Mueller is Chair of the Sports, Art and Entertainment Law Section of the MSBA and volunteers through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, managed by Springboard for the Arts, which connects artists with attorneys for free consultations and provides free workshops on legal and business-related topics.
