Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Anthony A. Remick has been named a 2026 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer. The annual listing honors lawyers who distinguish themselves in their first 10 years of practice through professional accomplishment, leadership, and service to the community and the legal profession.
Remick is a partner in Hellmuth & Johnson’s Litigation practice group with broad experience handling civil disputes in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. His practice focuses primarily on construction defects, business disputes, and insurance coverage and recovery. He has represented property owners in significant insurance coverage matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Supreme Court, and has successfully challenged claim denials and undervaluations involving residential and commercial properties in Minnesota, Ohio, and Missouri. He regularly advises property owners, restoration contractors, and public adjusters on complex property damage claims and the most effective path toward resolution.
Remick earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.S. in Psychology, also from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota, Ohio, and Virginia as well as the U.S. District Courts of Minnesota, Ohio, and the Eastern District of Missouri.
