In her practice, Byrne advises clients on commercial and residential real estate matters such as purchase and sales, leasing, community associations governance, and lien foreclosure. She enjoys working with small to large business owners, associations, and individuals. She is a Member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves as a Real Property Section Representative for Hennepin County. Byrne was recently named to the 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America list for Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law.
Byrne obtained her J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. from Georgia Southern University. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
