Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Anthony A. Remick has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Remick’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of multi-party construction disputes, construction defects, business disputes, and insurance coverage/recovery. He has been at the forefront of addressing insurance policy coverage cases on behalf of property owners and has argued insurance policy coverage before the Minnesota Supreme Court. He has successfully challenged insurance denials and undervaluation’s for residential and business property claims in Minnesota, Ohio, and Missouri.
Remick received his J.D from the University of Minnesota law school after obtaining his B.S. in Psychology also from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota, Ohio, and Virginia as well as the U.S. District Courts of Minnesota, Ohio, and the Eastern District of Missouri.
