Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Cassandra M. Kuebler has joined the firm as an associate in the Cannabis and Business & Corporate practice groups.
In her practice, Kuebler represents a diverse range of clients, including individuals and established and emerging business entities. She navigates clients through business transactions and complex legal issues by protecting their interests and supporting their business objectives. She is a Member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and serves as a Representative for the New Lawyers Section. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Accessibility, Inc., whose mission is to provide opportunities for self-sufficiency for people with barriers to employment and community inclusion.
Kuebler obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.A. from University of Pittsburgh. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts and United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
