Grecian is a litigator, representing clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations. His experience includes litigating asset purchase agreements, software licensing agreements, commercial loans, commercial leases, partnership agreements, franchise agreements, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, consulting/other service agreements, and various other contracts. He also has litigated business torts (fraud, defamation, interference with prospective business advantage, etc.) and Minnesota statutory claims.
Grecian received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota and his B.A. from the University of Illinois- Chicago. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Notably, he served more than six years in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained Machinist Mate, including four years onboard the submarine USS San Francisco (SSN-771).
