Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Daniel J. Sathre has joined the firm as an associate in the Construction and Litigation practice groups.
Sathre’s practice focuses primarily on construction & lien law, construction defects and warranties, and business litigation. Prior to joining Hellmuth & Johnson, his experience included representation of a diverse range of commercial clients in a variety of legal matters ranging from construction and lien law, general corporate representation, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, internal/corporate governance, shareholder disputes, commercial transactions, pre-litigation dispute resolution and complex commercial litigation. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Sustainable Energy Principles and Manufacturing International Inc.
Sathre received his J.D. from University of Notre Dame Law School and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State and Federal Courts.
