Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that Darbie A. Smith has joined the firm as an associate attorney.
Smith’s practice will focus on real estate, business and corporate law. Before joining the firm, Smith handled a significant amount of landlord tenant, fair housing, and subsidized housing matters. She has represented clients at all levels of litigation and administrative proceedings. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Ramsey County Bar Association.
Smith obtained her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A. from Hamline University with a major in Legal Studies and two minors in Business and Economics. She is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts and the United States District Court for Minnesota.
