Benik provides counsel to clients spanning a diverse array of industries. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including, corporate governance, contract preparation, entity formation and all other corporate law needs. He is particularly recognized for his adept representation of both buyers and sellers in intricate mergers and acquisitions, guiding them through every facet of the transaction process, from the initial letter of intent to a successful closing.
Benik obtained his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
