Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Elena D. Harvey has joined the firm as a partner in the litigation practice group.
Harvey’s litigation experience includes representation of clients in a variety of areas, including construction, banking, and corporate disputes. She also has experience in matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. She is a former Assistant County Attorney for Wabasha County, MN, where she prosecuted adult and juvenile crimes of all levels and took several cases to verdict. Prior to practice, she clerked for the Honorable John T. Cajacob, Rice County.
Harvey obtained her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota State and Federal Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
