Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Elizabeth S. Runde has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate practice group.
Runde focuses her practice on commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, leasing, and real estate development. Prior to joining Hellmuth & Johnson, she was counsel for a Title Insurance Company. She leverages her first-hand title insurance experience to provide comprehensive legal counsel and advice to clients. She holds extensive experience in all matters real estate closing related, including construction underwriting. She also has experience reviewing real estate and construction agreements, including development agreements between general contractors and developers.
Runde received her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Iowa State Courts.
