Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce attorney Gregory P. Westerhaus has joined the firm as an associate in the estate planning practice group.
Westerhaus will focus his practice on estate planning, probate, and business law. He is knowledgeable about the probate process, business formation and dissolution, and farmland transition strategies.
Westerhaus earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, his M.Ed. from the University of Notre Dame, and his B.A. from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to joining the legal profession, he taught high school for six years. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
