Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Ian F. McCoy has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation practice group.
McCoy is a general litigator with an interest in business litigation, probate litigation, and insurance litigation. He previously defended workers compensation insurers against employee claims before the Office of Administrative Hearings. McCoy began is legal career with a clerkship in Lyon County for the Honorable Michelle Dietrich.
McCoy obtained his J.D. from University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. from University of Minnesota Duluth. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
