Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Jacob E. Lanthier has joined the firm as an associate in the litigation practice group.
Lanthier’s litigation experience includes representation of clients in several areas of law, including business litigation, probate litigation, construction defects, and shareholder rights. He also has experience with matters involving insurance defense, personal injuries, family law, and disability claims. He has represented clients before Federal Agencies, in District Court, and in arbitration.
Lanthier obtained his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota State Courts.
