Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Jennifer J. Elston has rejoined the firm as an associate in the Estate Planning practice group. She had previously been with the firm 2015-2016.
Elston’s practice will focus on estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, real estate, as well as farm and business succession planning. She has more than a decade of experience developing comprehensive estate plans, including estate tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients. In addition, she guides clients through the court process of probate, including establishing guardianships and conservatorships.
Elston obtained her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.A. from the College of Saint Benedict. She is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts.
