Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney John A. Kindseth has joined the firm.
Kindseth’s practice will focus on IT and e-commerce contracts. His experience includes drafting, negotiating, reviewing and editing documents such as MSAs, NDAs, licenses, software purchases, professional technology services, cloud based services, and technology hardware purchases. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a large healthcare provider, focusing on IT and technology contracts. He also holds more than a decade of litigation experience.
Kindseth obtained his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and his B.A. from Hamline University. He is admitted to practice in the Minnesota State Courts.
