Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Michael S. Redden has joined the firm as an associate in the estate planning group.
Redden’s practice focuses on asset protection, closely held business issues, tax controversy and tax resolution. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue. Redden also handles complex trust and business structures, helping clients deal with the estate tax, gift tax, and generation skipping transfer tax. He also creates Integrated Estate Plans that provide asset protection to individuals and families.
Redden received his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts, Minnesota Federal Courts, and the United States Tax Court.
