Partridge represents clients in construction disputes on claims of negligence, defect, delay, warranty, and breach of contract. Lenders and creditors seek his assistance in retail and commercial-lending disputes involving distressed loans, collateral recovery, lien priority, workouts, eviction, and mortgage foreclosure. He has conducted hundreds of successful foreclosures and workouts, recovering millions of dollars in property and real-estate for his clients.
Partridge obtained his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota State Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
