EDINA, MN – March 16, 2017 – Hellmuth & Johnson, a growing Top 20 Minnesota law firm, announced today that Bradley M. Schaeppi has joined the firm as an associate. His practice includes real estate and business law.
Real estate investors, property management groups, real estate agents and their brokers turn to Schaeppi for day-to-day advice, transactional needs, and problem solving out of potential or active litigation. He regularly represents landlords in Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, and Scott County District Courts with experience in Sherburne, Washington, Anoka, and Lac qui Parle County District Courts.
Schaeppi is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and holds certification as a MSBA Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist.
Prior to starting his own firm in 2011, Schaeppi held positions in real estate as a project manager for local developer, as a senior project manager for a publicly traded company, and as an investment sales associate for a large local real estate brokerage and management company.
Schaeppi earned his JD from the University of Oregon School of Law with a statement of completion in Environmental Law. For his undergraduate degree, he studied at the University of Nebraska and earned a double major of economics and political science.
