The Minnesota Star Tribune reports that Minnesota’s Office of Cannabis Management has dramatically rejected 1,169 out of 1,817 social equity cannabis business license applicants. The rejections, often due to minor clerical errors, have sparked potential litigation and raised questions about the application process.
