Mark “Chapin” Hall recently joined Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC in May of 2012. Hall brings over 26 years of trial expertise in the areas of multi-party construction litigation, personal injury litigation and workers’ compensation hearings. He has extensive experience providing trial strategy and advice to businesses and individuals in all aspects of litigation from initial investigation to Minnesota Supreme Court oral argument. In his role as trusted legal advisor and trial attorney, Hall is known for providing comprehensive representation, legal solutions and peace of mind for his clients.
Hall has handled thousands of cases involving injury or death–many with multiple and complex medical and legal causation issues. He has won record verdicts, and obtained many excellent settlements and has extensive experience with insurance policies, their exclusions and obligations.
