Mark Rath concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, municipal defense litigation and commercial litigation. He is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Minnesota and Michigan, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Tribal Court for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.
Carol Moss concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation, with emphasis in construction litigation and medical malpractice/catastrophic injury litigation. Carol, who began her legal career with the firm as a law clerk, was sworn-in on October 31, 2008. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
