In addition, we are dedicated to serving as a broad resource on construction defect issues filing a pro bono Amicus brief with the Minnesota Supreme Court seeking clarification on insurance liability issues, and hosting numerous complimentary continuing education seminars for real estate professionals and other interested parties.
