Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Ethan W. Malark has joined the firm as an associate in the Business & Corporate law group.
Malark’s practice focuses on business and corporate law and real estate law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in a variety of industries- including logistics, sales, excavating, and construction. He holds experience at the University of Minnesota Insurance Law Clinic, having represented individuals in all stages of insurance claims and disputes with insurers.
Malark obtained his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. from the University of St Thomas. He is admitted to practice in the Minnesota State Courts.
