Hellmuth & Johnson is pleased to announce that attorney Mark W. Balzarini has joined the firm as a partner in the Estate Planning group.
Balzarini’s practice focuses on estate planning and farm transition planning. He assists clients in planning their estates with the appropriate use of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and business entities. He also has assisted numerous trustees and personal representatives in the process of administering estates and trusts. He works with farm and business owners through the transitioning of their farms and businesses.
Balzarini obtained his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and his B.A. from Franciscan University. He is admitted to practice in the Minnesota and South Dakota State Courts.
