Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC is pleased to announce that Kathleen M. Loucks has joined the firm. Loucks, a Minnesota Law & Politics’ “Rising Star” for two years running, concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law and general civil litigation. Specifically, she represents homeowners with construction defect claims, and contractors with litigation issues. In addition, she represents families and individuals who have been injured through medical malpractice.
An adjunct instructor at Hamline University School of Law, Loucks is on the Advisory Board for the Minnesota Innocence Project, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers Association, and the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.
