KC Ahrens Presented at the Motor Vehicle Accident Cases CLE Seminar

KC Ahrens presented on Special Verdict Forms in Motor Vehicle Accident Cases at a Minnesota CLE on May 13th where he discussed the special verdict forms and issues which commonly arise in motor vehicle accident cases. In his presentation he also reviewed available options regarding medical expenses on a special verdict form in which the tort thresholds are at issue, and RFN cases involving the issue of future medical expenses.
