Kaminski practices in Hellmuth & Johnson’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law sections, representing both established and emerging business entities with M&A and general corporate law needs. During her first four years of practicing law, Kylie has self-led both buy and sell side deals in the amount of more than $15 million. She was recently featured in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2022 “Table of Experts” panel discussion on the topic of recent M&A trends in the Twin Cities.
